Jesús ordenó a sus discípulos que proclamaran las Buenas Nuevas de salvación y su reino a todos los rincones habitados de la Tierra . El Evangelio de Jesucristo no se trata de reformar la sociedad o arreglar gobiernos. Su mensaje convoca a todos los hombres a arrepentirse y unirse a un orden social y una realidad política completamente nuevos, el Reino de Dios . Sus “ Buenas Nuevas ” son contrarias a las filosofías políticas de esta presente “ era malvada ”. Responder positivamente a su invitación es vital considerando la desaparición inminente del orden existente de la Tierra.

La Promesa del Padre

Con el derramamiento del Espíritu en Pentecostés, comenzaron las bendiciones para todas las naciones prometidas a Abraham . El Apóstol Pablo llama al Don del Espíritu la “ Promesa del Padre ”, y lo relaciona con el pacto abrahámico. Las promesas al Patriarca y a “ su Simiente ” encuentran su cumplimiento en la Nueva Alianza inaugurada por la Muerte y Resurrección de Jesús. Con la victoria de Cristo sobre el Pecado y la Muerte, amaneció la Era del Espíritu.
